When I look at myself I see something different than what I used to see. There are different times in our lives and a variety of people in our lives who give us a new lease on life. God knows when we need the blessing of a butterfly to brush our spirit with peace and reassurance.

We all know about the North Star that has guided many sailors through the night. How many times we look in the sky and first find the North Star then look for other constellations in our universe.

I believe there should be a person who is like a North Star in our lives. There is so much darkness and confusion in the world that we need someone who is always on our side shining brightly. I know who my North Star is and I would challenge everyone reading this to find their North Star.

Butterflies begin as a lowly ugly cocoon that could be mistaken for a dried up leaf. Many times we feel like a dried up leaf on the last pegs of life. But something happens to us similar to what happens one day with the cocoon.
